Transforming Your Training Experience: More Interactive, More Effective

We’re excited to announce a major upgrade to how we train new users! Starting today, we are sunsetting our passive “Day 0” introductory training and transitioning to a more interactive, self-paced learning model paired with hands-on coaching.

What’s Changing?

Before meeting with MeasureSquare Trainers, customers will now complete a foundational course on Udemy, a free online learning platform.

The courses are designed for our desktop takeoff and estimating software, MeasureSquare 8, our mobile measuring app, MeasureSquare Mobile, and our stone and tile-based takeoff and estimating software, MeasureSquare Stone & Tile.

Each course will cover what you need to get started with a real project, including:

• Product navigation
• Material creation
• Application
• Basic worksheets

Once completed, email your finished project file (.fez) to GetMyCertificate@MeasureSquare.com to receive your Certificate of Completion. Your Customer Success Manager will then schedule your complimentary live training sessions.

Why the Change?

• Smarter Use of Time: Pre-recorded courses allow you to learn at your own pace – you can rewind, pause, and rewatch as many times as you want! No loss of your dedicated training time, and you'll have access to the MeasureSquare Support Team starting on Day 1.
• Hands-On Screen Sharing: Instead of giving you a live lecture, we now walk you through the program on your own screen. This hands-on, interactive approach helps you build true muscle memory while receiving direct guidance from a MeasureSquare Trainer.
• Deeper Focus: The live training will focus on real-world pain points, custom workflows, and advanced topics, instead of basic navigation.

The Result: This dual initiative helps customers build confidence, develop practical skills, and start mastering the software from day one.
