Layout cuts on roll Automatically generates a cut sheet for both carpet and sheet vinyl and optimizes seam location, layout direction, and waste ratio. You can always manually move cuts on the cut sheet and fine-tune the total linear length, product usages, and waste ratios.
Seam manipulation Add, move, delete, or flip seam as needed. You can control the number of T-seams allowed in single room or control the covering styles for stairways.
Layout pattern match Estimate the pattern carpet/vinyl by rounding the length of the product to the next divisible pattern repeated to avoid shortage. Set pattern start and align patterns between rooms.
Duplicate room/floor Use a multiplier to duplicate products in multiple units and floors.
Estimate by floor When estimating by floor, it assumes that material roll and cuts (therefore the waste cuts) are not shared between floors.
Install phasing Group rooms or units by different installation phases and then estimate product usage and labor cost by phase so that material rolls and cuts (therefore the waste cuts) are not shared between floors.
Dye lot and roll length allocations Flooring businesses may have same roll goods in stock with different roll lengths or dye lot. Roll allocation ensures that you DON'T put cuts of different dye-lots on to the same room area.
Stagger cuts For layout sheet vinyl – such as for high traffic areas like sports tracks – you can stagger cuts and lay them out in a sequence, so as to reduce wear and tear.
