SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR)  (3 persons)

Position Description:


Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in Target Accounts for their regional Account Executives. The SDR will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact. This role will be primarily focused around researching the Target Accounts in your territory and performing outreach through emails, calls, and social media. You will have the opportunity to be closely mentored and professionally developed by more seasoned sales professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and marketing business through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails, and communication(s) to prospective clients
  • Scheduling Initial Prospecting Meetings for the Sales Team
  • Providing in depth information to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos.
  • Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web research
  • Meet or exceed the assigned quota.
  • Working together with the VP of Business Development to grow a specific sales territory
  • Working with the VP of Business Development to support the acquisition of new accounts. 
  • Help as needed to build awareness on special projects / events.
  • Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in CRM.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of progressively responsible marketing, inside sales or business development related sales experience (preferred)
  • Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of a product selling points via phone and email.
  • Ability to assist in coordinating sales functions including prospecting and leads knowledge is highly preferred.
  • Four-year post-secondary education/Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly.
  • Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently.

Marketing Manager  (1 person)

Position Description:

Responsible for leading our customer acquisition strategy. This person will require a blend of strategic, creative and growth skillsets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead successful campaigns for lead generation via SEM/SEO, content marketing, newsletters, social media, webinars, and inbound.
  • Find ways to improve the conversion rates and funnel velocity.Help with messaging for our products.
  • Provide assistance in improving the website.
  • Seek opportunities for distribution partnerships.
  • Help with churn reduction and customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop analytics for tracking the marketing programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years marketing experience, preferably in the software industry.
  • An understanding of tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Skills with writing effective copy, experience with content creations (video/photo creation & editing)
  • Proven ability to hit deadlines.
  • Background with analytics and data-driven approaches.
  • Ability to collaborate with remote workers and technical teams.
  • Strong organization and communications skills.
  • Results oriented and self-motivated.
  • Experience in construction and home improvement trades is a plus

Product Manager  (1-2 persons)

Position Description:

Responsible for leading our software product development. This person will require a blend of application problem solving, user experience UX/UI and project management skillsets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product specification and use case development
  • Requirement formulation and verification with beta users
  • Software wireframe design, UX/UI development
  • Collaboration with marketing and development teams
  • Deployment planning, product training and tutorial development
  • Project milestone and timeline management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years in product development in the software industry
  • Proven ability to hit deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate with remote workers and technical teams.
  • Results oriented and self-motivated.
  • Experience in construction and home improvement trades is a plus
